Harshali Mashelkar is a proud alumnus of our skills training programme. She got enrolled for ‘General Duty Assistant’ course, a 45 days hand-on training on the vocation. Today she is placed at ‘Aaji Care – home health services’ in Mumbai, a social enterprise dedicated to providing professional care services to elderly and patients.

She was delighted to be offered INR 144,000 annual salary package right in her first job and is indeed an inspiration for others to follow from her village.
