2016 Grant Cycle
In the 2016 grant cycle, we selected 15 NGOs across 10 states to receive grant from HSBC Skills for Life. The projects started in September 2016 with project duration varying from 12 to 18 months.
Tata Institute of Social Sciences is a Monitoring & Evaluation partner in this grant cycle and recently undertook the mid-term evaluations to all the projects.
The projects selected for funding under this grant cycle have all completed and achieved 100% of its target.
The 15 NGOs selected have trained 6,605 youth and placed 4,666 in employment with an impressive retention in employment at 6 months of 94%.The youth placed in employment has helped nearly double their family income.
