2019 Grant Cycle
For the 2019 grant cycle, we received over 520 applications and after a rigorous process of evaluation, 45 shortlisted applications were presented to the Advisory Committee. The committee has selected 32 NGOs to receive a grant in this cycle. These selected projects will collectively train over 10,326 youth over the next two years and place at least 70% of them informal employment
Deloitte is the Monitoring & Evaluation partner in this grant cycle and will soon undertake a mentoring visit to each selected NGO and we follow that with a workshop to acquaint the NGO with the reporting requirements and our expectations from the projects. The workshop is scheduled in the last week of February 2020 at Mumbai.
The 32 NGOs selected have trained 11438 youth and placed 7962 in employment as of 30th Sepetmber 2023.
